About Nick

I’m a trauma-informed coach, student clinical hypnotherapist, and former head teacher with over two decades of experience supporting children, adults, and professionals to thrive. I am the first person in the UK to complete the Neurodivergence and Inclusion Programme from 'In Good Company' where I am able to help individuals—including those with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent profiles—build self-awareness, develop strengths-based strategies, and gain confidence in who they are. I am also able to support family members and those who work with or line manage those with neurodivergence.

With qualifications in Coaching and Mental Health, and real-world experience across education and leadership, I understand the complex challenges neurodivergent people face—in school, at work, and in life. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply navigating a different way of thinking, my approach is compassionate, practical, and completely personalised.
